And the winner is...

Well, this is great news! The Employability Hub, funded by HEFCW and led by Aberystwyth and Cardiff Met on behalf of all Welsh universities, has only gone and won the ‘Building Effective Partnerships’ award at the AGCAS Awards for Excellence 🎉

Working on the Employability Hub from conception to delivery on behalf of all the universities in Wales was a joy, and this recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. More importantly, the impact the e-Hub will have on those who are statistically less likely to attend university is exciting.

The e-Hub, designed to provide comprehensive support and resources for employability, is already breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for students who may be the first in their family to attend university or have been in care for example. Knowing our efforts have been acknowledged at a national level has made me feel like I have already smashed this week and it’s only Tuesday!
